- the Getchify page you were using;
- the source platform;
- the exact error message shown; and
- your browser and device type.
Do not send a social-media password, account cookie, access token, private link, payment information, or other sensitive personal information. Getchify support will never ask for social-media login credentials.

Copyright and abuse reports
Follow the instructions on Copyright and Takedown Requests. A complete report helps identify the protected work, the source-platform URL, and the action requested.
Important support boundary
Getchify cannot restore deleted posts, make private content public, bypass a login requirement, change a platform's permissions, or provide rights to content owned by someone else. Account and platform-access issues must be handled with the original platform.
